Here CCS was responsible for constructing an entire fourth floor penthouse level using Kingspan Off-Site leight weight steel framing to a block of residential apartments.
CCS worked closely with the Client and Kingspan Off-Site’s design team to ensure that every design detail was investigated and adhered to or an alternate solution was proposed. Typical details that the CCS team had to overcome was spanning the roof structure over 8m in length. Our works involved external walls, twin party walls and roof structure.
