Here CCS undertook the floor screeds, drylining, suspended MF and lay-in grid ceilings and tape and jointing works to the new extension of Chelmsford County High School for Girls.
Our works involved:
- 500m2 of traditional cement:sand floor screeds on underfloor heating, Kingspan Kooltherm K3 insulation and polythene DPM to ground and first floor areas
- Drylining and partitions
- Armstrong lay in grid ceilings to ground floor and MF suspended ceilings with Quattro 41 acoustic plasterboard to the first floor area
- Tape and jointed finish to all plasterboard areas
