Navestock Side, Essex
CCS carried out specialist fast drying screeds, drylining works, hardwall and set plastering and suspended ceiling works to the new exclusive Alec’s Restaurant Bar & Grill in Navestock Side, Essex.
Our works involved the following:
- 500m2 of Ronacrete Uniscreed Standard rapid drying floor screeds on underlfoor heating and EPS100 Stylite grid underfloor heating insulation and 1200g Polythene DPM to restaurant and commercial kitchen area. The entire kitchen area had to be laid to falls and cross falls into designated drainage and gullys
- Internal drylining works including bulkheads and three feature pyramid ceiling details
- MF suspended ceilings
- Two coat hard wall and set plaster to new and existing walls
Our works were based on a tight programme so that the restaurant could open its doors to the public.
