Here CCS secured 7 new build timber framed houses, garages and car ports to a new development in Clavering, Essex.

Our works involved the following:

• Traditional pumped cement:sand screeds on thermal insulation and polythene DPM
• Insulation to all external walls, partitions, floor voids and loft spaces
• Drylining works
• Interior plastering works
• K Rend external renders on Renderlath
