CCS have successfully secured the floor screeding package to a new primary school in South London.

Our works will involve over 300m2 of FlexiDry F3 floor screeds including PP fibre reinforcement on thermal insulation and underfloor heating.

CCS specified the FlexiDry F3 screed to enable the Main Contractor to install their floor finishes as early as 21 days after installation.

CCS have been carrying out a number of screed tests and surveys across all of there sites as part of its Quality Management System to ensure our Clients of a quality installation – every time. CCS use the latest screed technology to test it’s modified screeds which include a Tramex CM Moisture Testers and a BRE Drop Hammer Test.

CCS have commenced floor screeding works to a new W H Smiths Super Store to a well known shopping centre in the South East.

Our works will involve several hundred metres of Ardex A35 ultra rapid drying floor screeds and over a 1,000m2 of STOPGAP 300HD self levellings screeds and Epoxy Resin DPM’s.

CCS will be pumping the self levelling screeds with its own in-house 3 phase M Tec Duomix 2000 screed pump.

CCS have recently completed over 600m2 of Ardex A35 ultra rapid drying floor screeds and Grace Hydraduct cavity drainage systems to a new Tesco Express in Manchester.

CCS helped with there part in achieving a “Very Good BREEAM” rating to the new £15.3m library in Southwark.

The library has a floor space of 34,070 sq. ft and took 120 weeks to complete.

Our worked involved several hundred metres of FlexiDry F3 fast drying floor screeds on Celotex GA4000 thermal insulation and damp proof membranes.

CCS have commenced floor preparation and screeding works to a new 80 bedroom Hotel in the City of London.

The CCS team have been installing a thin base dB Resilent matting including fabric reinforcement in preparation for a 25-35mm thin section high strength cementitious polymer self levelling screed to be installed.

As the site is in the centre of London access and logistics are very complex. However the CCS team have made there stamp on the project with a professional attitude in able to get the job done – ahead of programme.

The CCS team have been mixing the specialist self levelling screeds with an M Tec Duo Mix (3 Phase) screed pump from the ground to the 7th floors.

Our works will involve over 2,000m2 of 25mm specialist self levelling screeds on resilient floor layer and reinforcing mesh to the 7 storey development. Our screed will be pumped using an M Tec Duo Mix self levelling screed pump.

The hotel is set to house 80 luxury bedrooms, a brasserie, various bars on the ground floor and an exclusive restuarant and bar on the 7th floor overlooking the City of London.

Our works are due to start early December 2011.

CCS have commenced floor screeding and drylining works to a new Church school in London.

Our works involve the following:

• 75mm Ardex A35 ultra rapid drying floor screeds on thermal insulation and damp proof membranes to ground floor and roof area
• Dot & dab Plasterboard linings to all external walls
• Internal stud partitions
• Armstrong Dune Supreme Tegular 600x600 lay in grid ceilings

CCS have successfully secured the floor screeding works to a new Tesco Express in Leeds.

Our works will involve over 300m2 of Ardex A35 rapid drying screeds laid bonded to the exisiting concrete base with an SBR slurry grout. These works are due to be commenced over a very short programme period to enable the store to open ready for Christmas.

Our works are due to commence in mid November.

CCS recently commenced floor screeding works at to a new High School in Hillingdon.

Our works involved several hundred metres of fast drying floor screeds on underfloor heating and thermal insulation.

CCS installed the fast drying screed so that floor finishes could be installed just 21 days.

CCS have successfully secured the floor screeding works to remodel a large Prezzo Restaurant in Essex.

Our works will involve several hundred metres of Ardex A35 rapid drying floor screeds on thermal insulation and Polythene DPMs.

Ardex A35 will allow the floor finishes to be installed after just 24 hours of installing the floor screed.
